Suggested terms. According to existing exchange agreements, students of the Nevsky Institute may participate in exchange programs on the following terms:
Students may take any four courses at the partner institution during a semester;
The Nevsky Institute will give credit to students upon completion of their studies at the partner institution;
Students have access to the library, computer lab, Internet and other facilities at foreign institutions;
Students will continue to pay tuition to their home institution while participating in the exchange. They will not be expected to pay tuition to their host institution;
Students will be expected to pay themselves all visa fees out of pocket, pay for their accommodation, and to purchase an insurance policy and round-trip plane/train tickets.
Standards for candidates: In order to be considered for participation in an exchange program, students of the Nevsky Institute should:
Be full-time students between their second and fourth year of education or part-time students between their third and fifth year of education;
Have no liabilities on their study or payment for tuition;
Have an average grade in English of no less than “4” and good results in their other courses;
Hand in an application to the International department at the proper time.
